President Maia Sandu will make a working visit to the institutions of the European Union in Brussels on April 28-29. The head of state will have meetings with a number of European officials, in which she will discuss the acceleration of the accession process, IPN reports.

The President’s Office noted that Maia Sandu will deliver a speech in the opening of the Annual EU Budget Conference hosted by the European Commissioner for Budget and Administration Johannes Hahn.

The agenda of the visit also includes discussions with the community of Moldovan citizens who settled in Belgium.
