Russia will establish a polling place at its embassy in Chisinau for the December 4 State Duma elections. Mobile ballot boxes will be used in Balti and Comrat, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the Russian Embassy in Moldova. Voting in Chisinau will be possible between 8am and 8pm, at the Russian Embassy situated at 153 Stefan cel Mare Blvd. In Balti and Comrat the people will be able to vote between 11apm and 3pm. The mobile ballot box in Balti will be placed inside the Russian Community Center located at 44 M. Viteazul St, while in Comrat – inside the Home of Culture situated at 196 Lenin St. The electors can vote with a document showing that they have Russian nationality. Questions about the elections can be put through the hotline of the Central Election Commission of Russia, on the website www.cikrf.ru, or to the Russian Embassy in Moldova on 23-49-41.
