Deputy Prime Minister Mihai Moldovanu’s proposal to include the appointment of former Minister of Youth Ion Cebanu as head of the State Forestry Agency “Moldsilva” in the agenda of the February 20 meeting of the Government was rejected, Info-Prim Neo reports. Mihai Moldovanu suggested appointing Ion Cebanu as “Moldsilva” head, while historian and sportsman Octavian Ticu as Minister of Youth and Sport. Prime Minister Vlad Filat rejected the proposal, saying the appointments to post are an exclusive prerogative of the Premier.
