Prime Minister Vlad Filat instructed mobilizing the law enforcement bodies and efficiently coordinating their actions on March 16, when presidential elections will be held in Parliament, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the Government. Vlad Filat asked the administration of the Ministry of the Interior, the State Guard Service, the Center for Combating Corruption and Economic Crime, the Security and Information Service, and the Prosecutor General’s Office to take all the measures needed to ensure the rule of law and maintain public order.
